The case management system is essentially an audit trail of all activities performed during the course of an engagement.
In any forensic investigation it is critical that Espion be assigned a single point of contact for reporting purposes. There are a variety of reasons for this, not least, in any organisation where an incident occurs there can be numerous agendas and possible conflicts of interest. On that basis it is critical that Espion are at all times clear to whom reports should be delivered, and Espion will treat this delivery channel as the only channel through which reports are delivered.
